Daily sauna (15 minutes) and steam bath (5 minutes) affects the sexual performance of men.?
I mean the ability to increase or decrease …….. sexual regular use of sauna and steam bath. please advise
I do not think the impact on the sexual capacity as such. Regular high temperatures can affect sperm count, however, being too hot kills the larvae rather quickly. So if you have any problems with fertility, may waive the hot steam baths and go to the boxers as well.
