What to wear in a sauna?

I joined a gym and have a dry) sauna (from there, but I've never been in one. I'm not sure what is supposed to wear and you will be sweating a lot, but if more than one person is able to enter you do not want to be naked. If just wrap yourself in a towel? Also, I have a problem with dry skin. So I'm not sure if a sauna would be good for me or not.

Bring me lotion (do not leave the bottle the whole time you're there unless wrapped in a towel or something) and I wipe the lotion in the sauna.
