Yes. Information about the nature of your prior heart problems would be useful. But your main concern would be dehydration and / or salt imbalances that started with exercise. You have worked your heart, which is good, but sitting in the sauna or Jacuzzi continues to put pressure on your heart as it works to redistribute the blood to maintain the principal organs of charge. Sweat which occurs in the sauna would further exacerbate any type of salt imbalance. If you were well hydrated with balanced salt drinks good, you can reduce your risk. A cool cloth around your neck will help keep your brain fresh and alleviate some of the pressure that your heart can feel.
