Need to lose 4.3 pounds in 12 hours?
Okay so obviously such a large amount of weight in such a short period of time I'm not talking about losing four pounds of fat. I'm weighting for the Navy and I have to be under a certain weight to qualify. I tried the method of spitting in the past just is not sufficiently effective. The other idea I had was just a sauna to lose that much weight of water in such a short period of time. Does anyone else have any ideas?
Your body will automatically lose a couple pouds by itself, for lack of time. Do not drink or eat your body will not digest and only time I'll gain weight. Water is the only weight or lose weight at this time. U can use the sauna, but id recommend putting that moves sweat away from it.
