I have 48 and this past year have started to get acne for the first time in my life. I have tried creams, but?
nothing works. Does anyone think a facial sauna would work? as I am very happy to buy one if it would help.

Cleaning with a cleaner soft and use a toner at night and the next morning will help in the area of acne eruptions but not deep – your doctor may recommend therapy hormone for those. The sauna or hot compresses will help bring depth to the surface but do not let that happen in the first place.
