getting marijuana out of my system quickly?
hi, so this is my problem, i have been smoking marijuana just about every day for the past month or so and its currently wrestling season. we all got a notice stating a drug test which is very unusual in season, and i will have to take it. this will be in four days. i have experience of flushing thc out of my system, and i pulled of passing it last year after 6 days of drinking water just about every 20 minutes or so, drinking cranberry juice, and working out/ using the sauna (i do that anyways since i wrestle and have to cut weight alot) and that was when i was also smoking every day for a while. Im 16, wrestle at 135 (probably weigh 142ish right now).
Do you think i can pull this off in four days? if so, any tips on what other things i can do to help? wrestling season is almost over
i know alot of people say “it can take up to 30 days” but thats just B.S. couse ive never failed any of my three drug tests having much less time then that., but four days is gona be a pain.
Im sorry everyone else here is so ignorant, YES you can! Temperarily stop smoking then go to a headshop and buy a detox tea, drink a whole lot of water, and find niacin at a health store (its a vitamin b3 that speeds up your metabolism) you should be peeing complely clear and take B12 to give it the yellow color and it will be so diluted it wont test positive for THC. Take the sample from mid stream. Then keep smoking afterwards if you want lol
